We also have over 1000 ( and increasing ) websites on the Internet which collect emails via newsletters, subscription sign ups & surveys. Once we compile we send test mail to the entire list and take all bounce backs out of the list. However, over a period of time there may be 10% to 20% bounce back observed. This is quite normal in email marketing practice. We do not verify the rest of the information i.e phone, fax, address as it involve huge resources to invest.
